Policies and Conditions:

It is the policy of D.S.Solutions to offer the best selection of Items to our customers. We will endeavour to describe our items as accurately and fairly as possible and to deal courteously and promptly with our customers.

To help us to uphold these aims with no misunderstandings please read the Terms and Conditions Set out below.

AGE RESTRICTIONS;

· KNIVES, BAYONETS, SWORDS OR ANY OTHER EDGED WEAPON OR ITEM will not be sold to any person under the age of 18 years. When ordering any such item your order must include a declaration stating that you are over the age of 18. Failure to include such a declaration will result in your purchase being declined. Should we have reasonable cause to believe hat you have made a false declaration we also reserve the right to decline your order.

· AIR WEAPONS will not be sold to persons under the age of 18. The same conditions will apply to the purchase of Air Weapons as applies to edged weapons (See Above)

· ANTIQUE FIREARMS AND DE-ACTIVATED FIREARMS. See ‘Air Weapons’

OTHER SALES RESTRICTIONS:

· ANTIQUE FIREARMS AND DE-ACTIVATED FIREARMS are offered for sale within the United Kingdom ONLY. Orders from outside the U.K. will be declined.

· WARANTEES unless expressly stated otherwise all items on this site are sold as collectors curio’s only, No warrantee is expressed or should be implied as to the suitability of any item to fulfil its original or other purpose.

· SAFETY & LIABILITY once items are dispatched from our premises we have no further control over them. This company and its employees cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury or death caused by the misuse of any item sold by us, either to the subsequent purchaser or any third party or property.

POLICIES

· AVAILABILITY whilst every effort is made to ensure that items shown on the site are available for sale, we do sell items via other outlets as well. If an item that you buy from our site is unavailable at time of sale we will do our best to find a replacement within 7 days and inform you of what we are doing. If within 7 days we cannot find a suitable replacement we will refund you in full with our apologies. Items placed in ‘Baskets’ are not reserved and remain available for sale until ‘Check Out’ is completed and payment is received and accepted.

· PAYMENT for items should be received within 7 working days of ‘Check Out’ being completed for customers within the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. For customers from elsewhere a period of 14 days will be given. For payments made by cheque a period of 7 working days must be allowed for payment to clear before goods will be dispatched. If payment for items is not received within this time or you have not contacted us about arranging payment, we reserve the right to regard the sale as void and re advertise the item.

· PRICES the price shown at the time of sale (plus any applicable postal & shipping charges) will be the price that you pay. Whilst every effort will be made to keep prices stable, we do reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the account holder using the ‘Permanent Basket’ feature to check prices before finalising the sale if items have been picked over a period of time before completing the ‘Check Out’.

· DESCRIPTIONS will be as accurate as we can make them. Whenever items are ‘reproduction’ they will be described as such if we are aware of the fact. If there is any doubt of whether an item is of original manufacture or a reproduction this will be included in the description. Should any item prove on receipt to be not in accordance with the description on the site you may return it to us for a refund (see our refund and return section for details).

· COPYRIGHT. All photographs on the website are copyright and the intellectual property of D.S.Solutions and are not to be reproduced prior without written permission.

· ILLUSTRATIONS. Many of the items have a photograph attached, however some items which we hold quantities of have a photograph shown as an illustration only and the actual item supplied may be slightly different from the photograph shown. If you need a photograph of a specific item please contact us.

· CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS; D.S.Solutions reserve the right to cancel customer accounts or refuse service at any time without explanation, and to block E-Mail or ISP addresses without giving notice.

· IMPORT RESTRICTIONS; It is the responsibility of non U.K based buyers to ensure that items purchased from us are legal to possess and import into your country. D.S.Solutions will not be held responsible for any items seized or returned to us by Customs authorities. In the case of goods purchased from us being seized or confiscated by Customs authorities D.S.Solutions will deem the sale to have been completed, and refunds or replacement items will not be given. In the case of items refused entry and returned to us by Customs authorities a refund may be given after any postal or customs charges have been recovered from the sale price.

· AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS D.S.Solutions reserve the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions without giving prior notice.
