New and unissued, green nylon sling for the British 7.62mm L1A1 SLR. These are the updated version of the original khaki webbing sling originally issued with the Lee Enfield series of rifles. Other than the material being man made and the buckle ends being blackened steel not brass these are identical in design. On issue to British forces from the mid 1970's until the demise of the SLR.
