This is a US Department of the Army, Training Circular (TC5-31), dated May, 1967. It covers everything suggested in the title including demolition charges, mines, non explosive booby traps and defense against Viet Cong mine warfare and booby traps. A fascinating subject covered in comprehensive fashion without too much 'jargonese'. Well illustrated with line drawings throughout, although as with many original US publications of the period the standard of reproduction of the illustrations does leave something to be desired. Original 1967 publication, not a reprint, unissued condition.
