These are original carbon removing reamers for use with the 7.92mm BESA Tank MG. Officially titled 'Tool Cleaning, Cylinder Bore, BESA 7.92mm MG Mk1'.

Another rare tool to find, these are in good to excellent condition. They were stored in grease for many years, however when cleaned some were found to have small patches of staining or surface pitting where damp was trapped under the grease. All would be regarded as servicable should you ever wish to use them (see illustrations for examples of the best and worst). Many are marked in electric pencil with an inspection mark in the form of a crown over another mark, presumably the individual inspectors code.
