These are new and unissued (mostly still in the wrappers), split case extractors (clearing plugs) for use with all 7.62 x 39mm ammunition, as used in Soviet AK47 series weapons and RPD &  RPK Light Machine Guns.

Made from steel with a mid grey phosphated finish, these work in a similar fashion to the .303" and 7.62 x 51mm NATO split case extractors found elsewhere on this website. These extractors are completely unmarked and so their origins cannot be established.
