Delivery Information


We will endeavour to ship your items within 2 working days of our receipt of your payment. We cannot however guarantee this. We will however guarantee to ship your order within 14 days in all but exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil this guarantee, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to outline any difficulties that we may be experiencing and will give you the opportunity to cancel your order without prejudice if that is your wish.

Within the UK we usually post items using Royal Mail First Class Mail (where appropriate) unless you specify otherwise, in this case additional shipping charges may apply and we will advise you of these and agree costs before sending out the order. In the case of items which cannot be sent by these means because of size, weight or other considerations, this will be calculated into the shipping charges in advance and we will endeavour to list the shipping method and the (estimated) delivery time in the description of the item.

For orders from outside the UK we will send them via the most cost effective method at time of order. In most cases please allow 10 – 14 working days for delivery to destinations within the EU and 28 working days for destinations outside the EU.

In all cases we will send you an e-mail update when we actually ship your order.



In accordance with the U.K Sale of Goods Act (Distance Selling), if you not happy with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail straight away. If your problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, just return the item to us, in the condition in which it was sent, within FOURTEEN (14) days of receipt. We will be pleased to refund the full selling price (less any postal charges incurred in returning the item).


It is the responsibility of non UK based buyers to ensure that items purchased from us are legal to possess and import into your country. D.S.Solutions cannot be reasonably be expected to have a working knowledge of all Law & Legislation applicable in Countries outside of the UK and will not accept responsibility for any items seized by or returned to us by Customs authorities outside of the UK. In the case of goods purchased from us being seized or confiscated by Customs authorities D.S.Solutions will deem the sale to have been completed, and refunds or replacement items will not be given. In the case of items refused entry and returned to us by Customs authorities a refund may be given at the discretion of DS Solutions only after any postal or customs charges have been recovered from the sale price and in addition a re-stocking charge of 25% of the sale price will be charged  prior to a refund being issued.
