These are Mk1 Sling Swivel loops for all No.4 series Lee Enfield Rifles. Each comes complete with a new condition swivel screw.

These sling swivels (or swivel loops or sling loops) are a universal fit for all Lee Enfield No.4 series rifles and are for both middle band and butt swivel bracket. The only exceptions to this are the No5 Jungle Carbine where the butt sling loop is fixed and integral with the butt plate frame, or rifles where the alternate Mk2 or Mk3 swivels are fitted to the butt. Otherwise these are for Nos 4, 5, 7, 8 & 9 rifles and the 7.62mm L8 series, L39A1 Target Rifle and L42A1 Sniper Rifle. These are not the correct swivel to fit to SMLE series Rifles (see SMLE spares section for those).

The sling swivels are offered in good to excellent condition, mostly new and unissued, although as with all of these spares the quality of finish may differ from swivel to swivel. These swivels may also be of 2 patterns, split (as illustrated) or solid (1 piece wire) loops. We cannot guarantee to be able to select one type or another, it depends on our stock at the time, however these are both interchangeable and there is no 'right' type for any particular date or manufacturer of rifle.
