These are original, as new, unissued, ejector screws for both the No.4 Rifle and the No.5 Jungle Carbine.

These will also fit the bodies of the 7.62mm L42A1 Sniper rifle and L39A1 Target rifle, and some .22" No8 Rifles, however in these rifles they were cut short and only fitted as plugs for the existing hole in the receiver as the ejector was integral with the magazine body for the L42A1 and not required on the other rifles.

Note: parts lists specify with this screw '...may require some hand fitting...’ as in some cases the nose of the screw may foul the bolt head and require filing or stoning to reduce the length so as to just clear the bolt head.
