These are original 'Screws, Trigger Guard, Front' for all SMLE, Rifles No1 MkIII & III*.

These may also be known as 'king screws'. These fit at the front of the trigger guard, securing the trigger guard directly to the receiver of the rifle through the wooden fore-end. These screws are in very good to new condition. Many have been recovered from service rifles, however we guarantee that the screws that we sell will be servicable and undamaged beyond minor cosmetic issues. As with many Lee-Enfield spares, produced over many years and by many different makers, there are lots of variations in the exact form and shape of the screw head and the finish of the screws.

Please note; Although appearing similar to the front trigger guard screw of the No4 series rifles, these are NOT interchangable due to having a different thread. These screws should be used in conjunction with 'BB0676 Collar' which may be found elsewhere in this section.
